At Radiance Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective sleeves or cases, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
